Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Association of Private American Nationals ("Chapter"), a chapter of The Association of Inner Authority ("Parent PMA"), and the undersigned individual ("Member") on the date of signature below.

WHEREAS, the Parent PMA, The Association of Inner Authority, is an unincorporated Private Membership Association dedicated to promoting education and empowerment through the principles of self-governance, inner authority, natural law, and private association; and

WHEREAS, The Association of Private American Nationals is an unincorporated PMA which operates as a chapter of the Parent PMA, focusing specifically on providing education and resources in the areas of trust, equity, natural law, jurisprudence, private union state citizenship, American history, founding documents and principles, relevant treatises, and other relevant subject matter; and

WHEREAS, the Chapter and the Parent PMA operate as private contractual associations, exercising the right to freely associate and contract as protected under the Constitution of the United States and applicable law; and

WHEREAS, the Member COMES NOW to the Chapter with clean hands, sound mind, a peaceable nature, and honorable intent; and

WHEREAS, the Member seeks to join the Chapter to participate in its educational offerings and community; and

WHEREAS, the Member understands and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein and the governing policies of the Parent PMA; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the Chapter, under the authority of the Parent PMA, and the Member agree as follows:

 

1. Purpose of the Chapter
The Association of Private American Nationals, as a chapter of The Association of Inner Authority, is established to:

  • Provide education and resources to support the joint missions of the Chapter and Parent PMA.
  • Empower Members by educating them in practical application of resources.
  • Foster a private community of like-minded individuals dedicated to learning and applying principles of equitable standing, private citizenship, self-governance, and inner authority.
  • Operate as a private membership association, in alignment with the mission and governance of the Parent PMA, outside of the jurisdictions of public regulatory agencies, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Chapter is open to individuals who:

  • Are American Nationals at least 18 years of age.
  • Share the Chapter’s and Parent PMA’s values and commitment to their educational mission, peaceful nature, and peaceable posture.
  • Agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, the Chapter’s bylaws, rules, and policies, and the governing policies of the Parent PMA, as may be established or amended from time to time.
  • Complete and submit a membership application, subject to approval and acceptance by the Chapter and Parent PMA.
  • Pay the required membership dues as outlined in Section 4.

3. Membership Benefits and Responsibilities

3.1 Benefits. As a Member in good standing of the Chapter, you are entitled to:

  • Access to educational materials, workshops, seminars, and other resources provided by the Chapter and, where applicable, the Parent PMA.
  • Participate in Chapter meetings, events, and activities, subject to any applicable rules or restrictions set by the Chapter or Parent PMA.
  • Engage with other members in a private, supportive community focused on the Chapter’s and Parent PMA’s mission.

3.2 Responsibilities. As a Member, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Chapter’s and Parent PMA’s mission and values.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members, the Chapter, the Parent PMA, and proprietary materials.
  • Pay membership dues in a timely manner as outlined in Section 4.
  • Comply with all Chapter bylaws, rules, and policies, as well as the governing policies of the Parent PMA.

4. Membership Dues

  • Amount:
    • Membership dues for new Chapter Members are $20.00 per month.
    • For any member of the Chapter’s Founders Club outlined in Section 11, there are no membership dues.
    • There are no membership dues for members of the Parent PMA who access shared resources which the Chapter makes freely available to the Parent PMA and/or its members.
    • For any member of the Chapter who has completed the Chapter’s educational curriculum or is otherwise able to pass a competency test administered by the Chapter’s leadership, the membership dues are $20.00 per year, unless that member is also a member of the Parent PMA, in which case there are no membership dues.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • Monthly dues are payable in advance on the first day of each month.
    • Annual dues are payable in advance on the anniversary date of the Member’s signature on this page.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay dues within 10 days of the due date may result in suspension of membership privileges until payment is made.
  • Non-Refundable: Membership dues are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 6 (Termination).
  • Parent PMA Dues: Membership in the Chapter may at times require compliance with any additional dues or requirements set by the Parent PMA, as communicated to the Member.
  • Additional Fees: There may occasionally be optional products and services offered privately to Members which are not covered by any membership dues.

5. Private Nature of the Chapter and Parent PMA

  • The Chapter and Parent PMA operate as private membership associations, and their activities, materials, and communications are private and confidential.
  • Members agree not to disclose Chapter or Parent PMA materials, discussions, or activities to non-members without express written permission from the Chapter or Parent PMA.
  • The Chapter’s services and activities are not offered to the general public and are available only to members in good standing, subject to the governance of the Parent PMA.

6. Termination of Membership

  • Voluntary Termination: A Member may terminate their membership in the Chapter at any time by providing written notice to the Chapter. No refunds will be issued for dues paid for the current month or prior months.
  • Involuntary Termination: The Chapter, in coordination with the Parent PMA, reserves the right to terminate a Member’s membership for:
    • Failure to pay dues as required.
    • Violation of this Agreement, Chapter bylaws, or Parent PMA policies.
    • Conduct deemed detrimental to the Chapter, Parent PMA, or their members, as determined by the Chapter or Parent PMA trustees in their sole discretion.
  • Upon termination, the Member shall cease all use of all Chapter materials and forfeit all membership privileges in the Chapter, and the Parent PMA if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Chapter and Parent PMA provide educational information and resources for informational purposes only. They do not provide legal, financial, business, or professional advice.
  • Members assume full responsibility for their use of the Chapter’s and Parent PMA’s materials and resources and agree to hold the Chapter, Parent PMA, their officers, agents, and members harmless from any liability arising from such use.
  • The Chapter and Parent PMA make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of their educational materials.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through private negotiation between the Member and the Chapter, in coordination with the Parent PMA. The decision of the Parent PMA shall be final and binding, subject to the Parent PMA’s governing policies.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the principles of natural law, trust, honor, and equity, holding the Parent PMA as its own inner authority. The Chapter and Parent PMA operate as private entities and do not seek the jurisdictions of public regulatory agencies except as required by law.

10. Relationship with the Parent PMA

  • The Association of Private American Nationals operates as a chapter of The Association of Inner Authority and is subject to its governing policies, bylaws, and mission.
  • Members of the Chapter are considered members of the Parent PMA for purposes of accessing shared resources or events, subject to any additional requirements or dues imposed by the Parent PMA.
  • The Parent PMA reserves the right to oversee or intervene in Chapter operations to ensure alignment with its mission and policies.

11. Founders Club

The Chapter acknowledges a select group of individuals as Founding Members for their early adoption, hard work, patience, dedication, prayers, donations, and loyalty to the construction and success of this Chapter. Founding Members enjoy certain perks, benefits, and discounts that are exclusive to the Founders Club. Founding Members are exempt from membership dues within the Chapter but may still be required to pay membership dues to the Parent PMA at the discretion of the Parent PMA should a Founder opt into full membership with the Parent PMA.

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Member, the Chapter, and the Parent PMA and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. The Chapter and Parent PMA reserve the right to amend this Agreement and Chapter bylaws, with notice to members. The Parent PMA reserves the right to alter its policies, with notice to the Chapter and members.
